Our Program

Therapeutic Horsemanship

What is Therapeutic Horseback Riding?

Our group classes are held throughout the year, in six week sessions, at Colorado State University Adams Arena located in Fort Collins. Volunteer Horse Leaders and Sidewalkers, help each participant as needed. Our Certified Instructors conduct lessons teaching horsemanship skills and riding based on participants goals and abilities. In addition to classes, participants have the opportunity to take part in horse shows and a trail ride.

One hour classes are held from March through October in six-week sessions.
